Lincoln Park 2550 is one of the most desirable luxury condo buildings in Lincoln Park. This European-inspired luxury high-rise has expansive views of Lake Michigan, Diversey Harbor, and the North Pond Nature Sanctuary. Built on a large 3-acre parcel facing the park, the 39-story structure features 219 condo residences in the North and South towers, multiple single-family homes, and one large scale modern single-family home on the building’s St James Place side.

This building is a compelling example of our belief that style is often determined by market forces. The project started out with a Second Empire feel, then became Modern, and eventually returned to a modified version of the original design to cater to the neighborhood’s aesthetic.
Today, Lincoln Park 2550 fits in well in a neighborhood that includes a number of the city’s grandest pre-war apartment buildings. Additionally, a landmark chapel left over from the hospital that formerly occupied the site has been carefully preserved and made accessible to the general public.
