The pedestrian level ambiance is thoroughly considered in the approaches to the building. Stone and iron design details create a sense of warmth and comfort while offering critical visual enhancements to the exterior.
Living spaces were designed to run along the southeast corner of the building to capitalize on the dramatic backdrop of the lakefront and city through large windows and recessed balconies.
