Revitalized entryways, new atriums, and custom-designed fixtures and materials have returned this 1912 Neo-Classical building to its former glory. The building transitions to the ground seamlessly, connecting it to the surrounding environment. The Chicago real estate community, named the project the “Redevelopment of the Year.”
At over 1.8 million square feet, 175 West Jackson is one of our largest historic renovations to date. It also features some of our most exuberant and detailed interior design work.
